This apartment is located in beautiful Scarborough Beach, with stunning ocean views. The project was a complete gut out, with everything getting stripped back to its bones.

 

This project was a referral from an apartment block in West Beach Lagoon, where we have successfully renovated five other units. This job was slightly different because we were given free rain to design and deliver a fully renovated unit. They loved our work so much that they were confident in what we would produce.

We renovated the bathroom/Laundry, installed a new kitchen, new flooring throughout. Lastly, which always completes the look was a  complete repair to walls, installation of new skirtings boards, and a full paint job throughout.

We even went as far as installing new curtains, light fittings and blinds as requested by the owners. They were over the moon with the result, as it was turn-key ready for tenants to move in.

We couldn't be happier with the result.
