KOOKABURRA COTTAGE
This renovation project was one of the most exciting challenges and biggest transformation's completed by 360 Reno's back in 2012. We had the pleasure of renovating this tired old heritage house for Subiaco Executive Terraces and transforming it into a stunningly modern holiday retreat.
JUMBUCK HOUSE
This was another Renovation for Subiaco Executive Terraces, where we transformed this old tired house into a beautiful short term holiday retreat. We created an ensuite in one of the bedrooms, renovated the kitchen and bathroom and we even restored an old jumbuck by request of the client, which now sits on the front wall of the property giving the house its name.
SCARBOROUGH
This renovation was of a stunning apartment in Scarborough. the client wanted to keep a lot of the original features, however, he wanted to reorganise the space. We moved structural walls, redesigned the sunroom, to create more privacy and renovated the bathroom, while still keeping the original wooden features, which gave the property a stunning mix of old and new.
JOEL TERRACE
360 Renos completed this project in 2017, and we are extremely proud of the overall transformation. This house is situated in a beautiful location overlooking the Swan River. This project was a complete remodel with no corner left untouched. 360 Renos had the pleasure of working with a wonderful team of tradespeople on this exciting project.
SCARBOROUGH APARTMENT
360 Renos completed this stunning transformation, and we are extremely proud of what was achieved in just six weeks. This apartment is in the West Beach Lagoon complex in Scarborough Beach. It has ocean views and it is available for short term rental. This project was a complete remodel with no corner left untouched. This project was turn-key and dressed and handed over ready to be rented.
