BEFORE AND AFTER GALLERY

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This property is situated in the most stunning location overlooking the Swan River in the prestigious suburb of Mount Lawley. The property was built in 1983 and still presented in its original style with the interior design untouched except a lick of paint in 1991 and 2003.

This project was a full renovation. We started with a complete gut out of the entire property to create a blank canvas. The property floor plan downstairs had different levels, which was quite dangerous and easily missed by guests. We raised the floors to create one level, which was then tiled in polished porcelain throughout.

We covered all the original rammed earth walls and exposed wooden beams in gyp-rock. We created two skylights in the hallway above the stairs to let in more light. The stairway got a complete makeover.

We redesigned master bathroom and created a small ensuite in the second bedroom.

The kitchen was designed to be white and modern with a freestanding island. This same style was carried throughout the laundry room and downstairs bathroom to create continuous flow throughout the house.

The courtyard was cleared out and flooring replaced with new decking. We also installed a fresh new decking at the front of the property.

This entire project was completed in just three and a half months.
