This apartment is located in beautiful Scarborough Beach, with stunning ocean views. The project was a complete gut out, with everything getting stripped back to its bones.

 

When you originally entered the apartment, you were walking through a small bedroom. This layout was a bit strange, so we reconfigured the layout, removing walls to make it more up to date.  You now walk in and enter the open plan kitchen/dining/living area, with a clear line of sight straight to the properties best feature, the ocean view.

We also reconfigured the living area and put up a partition wall with a built-in cavity slider door, to create a small bedroom with ocean views. 

​

The transformations don't end there. The original bathroom was quite large, which created the possibility of a 2X2 conversion, creating an ensuite off the master bedroom.

We are extremely proud of the quality of workmanship throughout this renovation, and absolutely love the clients choice of furnishings. 

​

We worked very hard to finish all the renovation work to a deadline, as well as clean everything spotless, and dress it ready for photographs. The transformation is so impressive we are extremely proud of what we were able to achieve in just six short weeks.
